    Ready-to-ship items, such as bag charms and printed (not patched) bags, ship within 1-2 business days.

  • What shipping options do you offer?
    All orders are shipped first class. Please reach out via email if an upgrade is needed.

  • Do you ship internationally?
    We do not offer international shipping on this platform, but gladly offer it in our Etsy shop.

  • How do I track my order?
    An email containing your tracking information is sent to the email provided during checkout as soon as your package has been processed.

  • What if my package is lost or delayed?
    You would be responsible for filing a claim or taking any necessary actions with the post office online at USPS.com using the tracking number provided.

    Due to the handmade nature of our items, all sales are final. However, if you receive a defective item or are unhappy with your order, we’ll gladly offer an exchange or shop credit.

    Please reach out to us via email within 24 hrs of the package arriving.

  • How do exchanges or shop credit work?
    We will email you with the shop credit as soon as the package is received and inspected.
